I have always wanted to do this kinda shot with the forarm and hand close to the camera giving it a long perspective. All I did was darken the photograph in Photoshop but everthing else is all the camera. I used a meat injector which "makes everything taste great"
 So obviously this is not a real drug shot. I know this concept it a little over used but I still wanted to try it out. I know there are a little errors in it because obviously I dont know what I am doing (i.e. the tourniquet is not that tight looking) but still I think it looks okay. What do you think?
